'Qualified' areas to consider buying Puts on the OEX. Note how the Nasdaq 100 broke away from 1,672 mentioned earlier today and the rest of market followed suite. Later we commented the high probability of the Dow rallying to test the 11,290 - 11,300 area as it failed to test this area when it broke below earlier. We then commented that we would see lower prices through the lunch period and that is exactly what occurred. Market patterns repeat themselves and should not be overlooked.
